Living in the outdoor wonderland of Bend, Oregon, Lisa McCormick splits her time between two callings:
I have been living in Bend, OR and working at Deschutes county for going on 8 years as a Service Coordinator.
I love my job and supporting people to live their best, most independent lives! The Happyning Hub is a way for me to get away from staring at a computer, meet new people, and making goals come true!
My name is Amanda, and since 2018, I have been supporting residential home residents.
I am passionate about fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed and encouraged to engage in group activities. I firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn new skills and hone their existing talents.
When I embarked on this career path, I felt a deep sense of purpose in my soul to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Helping residents achieve their goals and working with The Happyning Hub, brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
Supporting fun activities throughout the community in a least restrictive way to encourage personal growth, integration, independence, and building friendships!
1.You are here to have fun! 2.Have your own transportation, supports, and funding available as we don’t provide these! 3. Come drama free – if you have an issue with another participant, please seek your support to work this out with them.
