Lisa McCormick

Living in the outdoor wonderland of Bend, Oregon, Lisa McCormick splits her time between two callings:

By day she’s a dedicated advocate for the IDD community; keeping everyone in stitches with her unparalleled gift for unintentional puns and silly dances (just ask her clients about her “Sprinkler” and “Lawnmower” moves)
By night she’s an aspiring comedian, practicing her routines on her long-suffering cat Snickers, dreaming of opening and running a squirrel petting zoo.

Laura Weller

I have been living in Bend, OR and working at Deschutes county for going on 8 years as a Service Coordinator.

I love my job and supporting people to live their best, most independent lives! The Happyning Hub is a way for me to get away from staring at a computer, meet new people, and making goals come true!

Amanda Hutt

My name is Amanda, and since 2018, I have been supporting residential home residents.

I am passionate about fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed and encouraged to engage in group activities. I firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn new skills and hone their existing talents.

When I embarked on this career path, I felt a deep sense of purpose in my soul to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Helping residents achieve their goals and working with The Happyning Hub, brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
